New York State SitePower Corp. has Factory Trained & Certified Technicians on staff to answer your questions.  We offer this service free of charge to help our customers and potential customers better understand their problems, and to make an educated decision as to if they actually need to schedule a service call, or if the problem is simple enough to solve over the phone.  Our Service Technicians are trained and recertified at least every 24 months on the equipment they service.
