New York State SitePower Corp. has Factory Trained & Certified Technicians on staff to answer your questions.  We offer this service free of charge to help our customers and potential customers better understand their problems, and to make an educated decision as to if they actually need to schedule a service call, or if the problem is simple enough to solve over the phone.  In addition to continuing education credits, our Service Technicians are Factory-Trained and recertified by the generator manufacturers each year.
