New York State SitePower Corp. (NYSSP) is an Award Winning Sales & Service Contractor dedicated to Emergency Power Systems.  NYSSP represents major lines of Portable, Automatic, Home Standby & Commercial / Industrial Generators.

NYSSP is seeking clean-cut, responsible & reliable individuals with exceptional talent in the sales of residential, commercial & industrial generator systems and on-site power generation systems. Experience in servicing long-term commercial accounts preferred. Previous experience in residential sales and service is required.  The selected individuals will be responsible for development of new markets & territories in addition to achieving the full potential of existing accounts.

Qualifications:

Candidate will have a HS Diploma or equivalent.  A minimum of three years experience in outside sales in the Upstate NY area, or equivalent combination of education is required. A strong background in the electrical & construction field is a must.  Previous sales of emergency power systems and switchgear is preferred. Must possess the ability to organize and develop new leads in addition to time management skills, basic computer and phone skills, and report interpretation.  Potential candidates will possess a high energy level, strong work ethic, desire continuous growth, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to travel to locations throughout our service area as required.

Part-Time Outside Sales Representative

NYSSP is seeking responsible, reliable & clean-cut individuals with previous Utility Company or related experience for the sales of residential and light commercial backup power systems.  Previous sales experience is preferred, however we will train candidates with promising potential.  The selected individual will be responsible for follow-up on residential & commercial sales leads, and basic support of the potential clients throughout the sales process.  This is a part-time to full-time position.

Qualifications:

Candidate will have a HS Diploma or equivalent.  A strong background in electricity is a must.  Previous experience within the electrical or power industry is preferred.  Potential candidates will possess a strong work ethic, desire continuous growth, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to travel to locations throughout our service area as required. 

Compensation package to commensurate with experience.  Vehicle allowance and expenses are included.

Field Service Technician II

New York State SitePower Corp. (NYSSP) is an Award Winning Sales & Service Company dedicated to Emergency Power Systems.  NYSSP represents several lines of Portable, Automatic, Home Standby & Commercial / Industrial Generators.

NYSSP is seeking reliable & experienced individuals for the installation, troubleshooting and service of Residential, Commercial & Industrial Power Generation Systems. Experience with Automatic Generator Systems from 6kW-150kW including Transfer Systems preferred.  Previous Factory Training Credentials or EGSA Certification a plus, we will provide training for qualified candidates.  Residential and Light Commercial Sales Experience is a plus..  The selected individuals will be responsible for installation, service, and troubleshooting of backup power systems in our service area. 

Qualifications:

Candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  A clean NYS Drivers License acceptable to our insurer is required.  A minimum of One Year experience in a high-volume service setting preferred.  Strong background in electro-mechanical systems or equivalent combination of experience and education are required.  Light sales experience with Emergency Power Systems and switchgear is preferred. Must possess the ability to follow varied schedules, troubleshooting procedures and follow through with existing projects.  Successful candidate will possess a high energy level, strong work ethic, desire continuous growth, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to travel to locations within our service area as required.
